Casa Martillo Cozumel
Vacation Condos have four condos
with 2-bedrooms, 2-baths and two
condos with 1-bedroom, 1-bath, all
surrounding a gated courtyard with
pool, fountain, palapa and two
barbecues.
All condos have central air
conditioning for cool, quiet
comfortable living. Complete
kitchens include purified bottled
water, full size refrigerator, stove
and oven, microwave, toaster,
blender, coffee maker, and all
utensils. There is a large
supermarket and shopping complex
four blocks from Casa Martillo.
The upstairs of the two bedroom
condos have one bedroom with queen
bed and private bath, and one
bedroom with two twin beds and
adjoining bath. Downstairs includes
dining room, living room with sofa
bed, and kitchen.
One bedroom condos have queen bed
and bath upstairs; dining room,

kitchen downstairs.
Every bedroom has a balcony
over-looking the courtyard, fountain
and pool. The lower level of the one
bedroom units have balconies with a
small table and chairs that are
perfect for breakfast or an intimate
